Delete unnecessary vertextype definitions, since a more generic version of those is defined in NamedGraphs.GraphsExtensions: https://github.com/ITensor/NamedGraphs.jl/blob/v0.8.1/src/lib/GraphsExtensions/src/abstractgraph.jl#L86-L87.
