Return number of (completed) jobs at get_function / list_functions endpoint

Improvement - not necessary for release

At the Functions table, it was suggested that it would be very useful if the user knew how many (completed) jobs are already available associated to that function. Querying all jobs asocciated to each displayed function takes time and loads heavily the webserver, so it would be great if the lists-functions or get-functions already provided that information.

Yeah, I can add more filters to the list_function* endpoints. I only don't know what you mean with 'get-functions'? The get_function etc is just for one id.

@wvangeit This was already solved by fetching the JobCollections associated to that Function and how many JobIds they contain. That is also useful because I only want to show job collections (not single jobs / test runs), so it solves the issue with extra benefits. Thanks.
