Scripts for datalogger formatting, time-series uniformization, and for correcting few bugs (outsiders, gaps, etc.) in the time-series
This repository is used to manage dataloggers data. It allows to keep an updated folders architecture and to store data accordingly.
In "Formatage_dataloggers", you will find all the scripts necessary to format data depending on the datalogger's type. This folder works mainly for data obtained using new sensors. It might be used on older time-series but the result is not guaranteed.
In "Scripts_python", you will find all the extra scripts for folders creation and minor data correction.
