CAM: Allow moving objects apart #5605
Description
As a user I would like some collision detection on my instrument. The CAM is designed for this however, when testing it for #4587 it was found that if two objects came within colliding distance the CAM would set limits such that it was impossible to move the objects apart again. To reproduce:
- Load the sans2d configuration on the CAM
- Move the front detector and front baffle towards each other so much that they will collide
- Once in this state try and move the objects apart again, you cannot
Acceptance Criteria
- When using the CAM you can move two objects that have collided apart again
- There are tests on this
