IRIS: IOC and OPI for ITC503 Temperature controller

As developer, I would like an IOC and OPI for a Oxford Instruments ITC503 Temperature controller, so that I can control the temperature of the devices (cryostats & refrigerators) on IRIS.

Acceptance Criteria

1. I can view and change the PVs which define the state of the ITC503.
2. I can view and change the state of the ITC503 via the IBEX GUI.

Notes

1. May need to implement as lvDCOM interface to a LabVIEW VI
