Feature Request: Inverted PTZ for above horizon tracking; Pulling ADS-B data from ADS-B Exchange or existing local receiver

It would be interesting to see if it's possible to flip the PTZ upside down and track planes or helicopters that are directly overhead.

Also it would be nice to utilize an existing ADS-B receiver on the network that's currently feeding the various ADS-B sites, or just pull locations from ADS-B exchange.
