Overview of the Feature Request

We decided to do server-side pagination via API, then we need to configure the Files Table to use manual pagination with React Table

What kind of user is the feature intended for?

All users

What inspired the request?

We decided to add pagination to the API

What existing behavior do you want changed?

The Files Table is now using automatic pagination using the React Table pagination feature so we want to change this to manual pagination.

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?

Pagination via API for the Files Table

Any open or closed issues related to this feature request?
