This is adding support for STM32H735G-DK
The STM32H735 is a slightly newer MCU, so the drivers and USB code generated by CubeMX have been updated. This MCU also supports only HS (High Speed), while the configuration for previous MCUs was FS (Full Speed), so the configuration for HS USB has also been added.
