Opening Discussion Section #69
Description
Is it possible for we to open a discussion section? So that we, as users, can ask each other about problems we are faced with. Instead of opening an issue, which is not always the case.
Also, I saw multiple commits that mentioned GPU. Is RegCM now supporting GPU acceleration, or do I misunderstand that? Thank you.
