Sensor for "is tracking" #83

General information
I have a movement sensor in my bedroom that turns the light on when it's too dark and someone is in the room. Problem is that I cannot determine when I am sleeping. Since the SAA integration only delivers the latest state but has no binary "is tracking or not", I cannot really tell when I'm sleeping. I woke up because I turned and the lights went on. Had to disable the automation then. I tried with "When state is stopped" but saw that it triggered "before alaram" and other states afterwards which makes it hard to determine when the automation should be active.
Usage scenario
If there was a sensor that listens to "sleeptracking started" and "stopped" and keeps it's state no matter if "deep sleep" or other states change, it would make automations easier that should not run during sleep.
