User-based filters instead of one general filter per project

At the moment there's one filter for the project so if a user changes the filter all the rest got affected by it, which is very strange and unexpected design

If user A changes project filter, it should be applied to only his search and other users shouldn't be affected

Describe alternatives you've considered
If there's a small set of users it's possible to use a separate tab for each one of them, but still it is not intuitive and won't scale

Just unexpectantly ran into this problem in the latest version. Are there any solutions for this planned in the near future?

+1 for this to be fixed. The filter is useless when multiple users are working on one project
