Add new data fields into existing project

After insert new tasks and setup Labelling Interface, we can insert new task with new fields, but unfortunately it's not possible to add these fields into Labelling Interface.

To Reproduce

1. Feed new tasks, define Labelling Interface
2. Feed new tasks with new fields in data
3. Try to add these fields into Labelling Interface

@1ytic Just to clarify: are you talking about skipped columns in the Data manager?

I guess so. The new fields are available in the View, but I can not add them in the Labeling Interface.

@1ytic I think it's an expected behaviour. What should LS do with tasks where there are no fields from the config?

I think that such fields should be treated as empty. Now the only solution to this issue is to delete all tasks and recreate them.

@1ytic For some tags, especially for tags with required=true, they can't be empty and must be explicitly presented in annotations. Otherwise LSF will drop an error and the task will be broken completely in GUI...
Yes, it's a technical trouble, I think we have to mull it over again.
