Automatic text-to-speech not working in Chrome
When using automatic text to speech, Chrome doesn't emit sound, without raising any error.

I tried various solutions without success. The issue might that I use an untrusted server (no SSL certificate), with Chrome blocking insecure content.

It seems that neither Firefox nor Edge have problems with text-to-speech here, so I can reasonably assume I did not write bad code.

If anyone wants to add something or provide a solution, feel free to use this issue.
