When implementing the tooltip in conjunction with Bootstrap 3, I had some CSS conflicts with the Boostrap .tooltip class. Namely, it has the opacity set to 0 by default which obviously causes some complications. Rather than editing the Bootstrap source, it seemed simple to just add the ability to modify the classPrefix, or leave it as 'tooltip' by default.
