The star history chart in the README and localized docs was no longer rendering because the upstream service now depends on GitHub's restricted stargazer API. Switch the chart to a working alternative so the project's star history is displayed again in all languages.

The star history chart currently shown in the README and localized docs is broken and no longer renders. This change points it at a working alternative that keeps the same layout and timeline, restoring the chart in all languages.
