Plugin adds quotes, breaking path ⚠️

I just tried Add2Path for the first time, adding C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC to my user path.

It wrapped every single semicolon-separated user path in quotes, breaking them. 😟

Only after restoring my path variable (using ProcessExplorer, it lets you view the Environment of running processes) and removing the quotes was I able to access the binaries in the PATH directories again.

I have a slight suspicion that this might be caused by the added path containing a space, but this REALLY should not happen.

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! This is exactly why I made sure to put warnings at the top of the readme...

For what it's worth, this is also more motivation for me to implement the Backup and Restore feature!

@Robert-K Wait, I just realized that you are not the person who submitted a pull request for this issue! I've been thinking that I was talking to the same person this whole time. Please check that pull request if you want to understand the issue; I'm currently working on a fix for it.
