type @/ and the TUI freezes and cannot be exited

Hello , When I type @/ , the TUI freezes and cannot be exited. It maybe a bug

OS: Windows 11 + WSL2 Ubuntu 24.04
Terminal: Windows Terminal
Shell: zsh
deepseek (npm wrapper) v0.8.39
binary version: v0.8.39
repo: git+https://github.com/Hmbown/DeepSeek-TUI.git

1. Start deepseek-v4-tui
2. Enter any chat
3. Type "@/"
4. UI freezes immediately
5. Ctrl+C does not exit
6. Need to force close terminal
