I added support for Django 5.2, and changed some packages versions. Now all dependencies resolve and black, isort and flake8 execute without errors on Python 3.13. I had to change minimum version of Python from 3.8 to 3.8.1, but that shouldn't be an issue for people using Django 4 & 5.
