Wrong stats & usage in both Settings panel and Dashboard page

It's been months since I'm seeing a wrong usage statistics (negative value, empty list View usage details, always 0 or -99 even after usage...).

I thought this has to do with something in my instance/machine, but @reynaldichernando can confirm this behavior in the Settings.

P.S. The API stats is working fine, this could be a UI issue.

this is a gui/ux issue, i don't think I'm the right person to solve that, but I can grab it if no one else can
