The newest cloud saves do not get downloaded

Describe the bug

Heroic silently fails to download the newest cloud saves from GOG.com. This happens every time (I tried removing all local saves, some of the older cloud saves, clearing cache, restarting Heroic etc).

Steps to reproduce

Here are the steps I took:

1. Import game from GOG.com (logged in to do that)
2. Downloaded Witcher 3 — Complete Edition
3. Launched and closed Witcher 3
4. Opened Cloud Saves Sync from Witcher 3 heroic settings
5. (Checked the path)
6. In Manual Sync Saves, I selected Force Download
7. Pressed Sync.

After Sync completed, I openened Witcher 3 again, and noticed that the latest saves were missing. The latest files in cloud are from Jan 31, but I only saw saves up until Jan 29.

I decided to try again while trying to make it easier for Heroic

1. Deleted all the local saves
2. Deleted some of the older saves from the cloud (in case that Heroic only manages to download a limited amount of data)
3. Cleared Heroic cache
4. Restarted Heroic
5. Forced manual sync again

Instead of opening the game, I opened the save folder. Once again, the latest saves are from Jan 29, not Jan 31.

Expected behavior

The newest saves, in my case from Jan 31 (11 saves), should appear in the gamesaves folder.
