[Feature Request] Add a [+] next to the Game Tags to add these as categories

Problem description

It's difficult to categorize games, especially when you don't know the game. (Giveways cause this)

Feature description

HGL already fetches tags when viewing a game,
add a little [+] next to each tag to add it as a category.
this would be a manual action, but make it easy to quickly tag your games.
