“Altered Carbon” is a mod that focuses on bringing a number of different technologies from the Altered Carbon franchises by Richard K. Morgan to Rimworld. Each one is added in a way that does not feel out of place, but rather neatly integrates itself into vanilla Rimworld, both gameplay and art-wise.
