Remove hard coded file paths.

Alpha V0.1

Central Maine Power is currently being investigated for abnormally high power usage and bills.

This is an alpha release to check your historical power usage with current usage.

1. Download CSV files from the CMP website
2. Use excel or Google Sheets to remove extra columns in the CSV file, all we want is DATE, kWh
3. Put CSV files in the "Input" folder. (Personally, I do 1 CSV file per month and name them YYYY-MM)
4. Run program
5. Open the "Output" folder and look at daily and hourly averages.
