BOSS upgrade fails at version 3.0.17 #287

not sure if it fails if you have latest version (and it shows error message instead of info message that there's no update available)
older version I had before had a bug that was downgrading when that command was run (had filled as issue, guess that is resolved)
also upon first run it did some compiling and was complaining on boss-ide not building (see HashLoad/boss-ide#26). Tried reinstalling that just in case (with boss install -g boss-ide but kept on failing). Not sure if related. Tried "boss uninstall -g boss-ide too but told "📄 No dependencies to install" [should say to uninstall])

Didn't try the --dev optional switch, probably it fails too
