Metadata does not output the correct layer rarity

Ive gotten a hang of the rarity portion of the coding, but even if it selects a random rarity for a particular layer it doesn't reflect that rarity in the metadata. Here is an example:

The layer is super rare (seen from the layer name), but the metadata right afterwards says the rarity is original. It even pulls the layer from the super rare folder. Any help in this area would be great!
