Bump every ai-review-prompts pin to 4632c5d: claude-sonnet-5 model, --effort xhigh, 96-turn review budget (issue-to-pr 100), 30m timeouts (#89), the sibling-implementations and cannot-fail-test lenses (#88), and the week-of-08-10/08-17 calibration prompt edits (#85/#87). 4632c5d→be549ad) to pick up ai-review-prompts#90's cost gates — draft PRs skip review until flipped ready (theclaude-review/gemini-reviewlabel opts a draft in), mechanical diffs (lockfile-only, version bumps) skip before the agent runs, reasoning effort scales with diff size (≤60 lines → high, ≤1500 → xhigh, larger → max), and synchronize runs debounce 120s. Addsready_for_reviewto both review callers' trigger types so flipping ready fires the review.Merge before #217 (the v1.x sync now matches this content).
