HTTP Logs showing up in system (non external) logs #744

A lot of HTTP logs are showing up in the system log and thus shipped to datadog. Looking at the harper config there's not http logging enabled, so I believe somehow the app is logging and making it into the system logs.

Whether or not http logs enabled should go to system or not I think would be another question.
