Release notes navigation buttons are confusing #305

Bug Summary

The "Next" and "Previous" buttons are seemingly backwards for navigating between version pages.

Expected Behavior

It should render in the correct order

Actual Behavior

See how "Previous" is 4.7 and "Next" is 4.6.7
