hc:DatePicker 在dark主题下，光标黑色问题

Describe the bug
hc:DatePicker，在white主题下，光标黑色的，与hc:TextBox一致， 在dark主题下，光标还是是黑色，与hc:TextBox不一致

Expected behavior
切换主题，光标与其他组件一致。
