These changes allow lxc-android to work with halium-boot. * Pre-start scripts (functionality replaced by halium-boot): * Remove partition mounting * Remove initrd extraction * Add moving of partitions from `/android` into the rootfs * Remove scripts from udev directory which are no longer needed * Make udev depend on lxc@android starting * Add pre-start.d scripts.

These changes allow lxc-android to work with halium-boot. They will break compatibility with hybris-boot.
