agent: AgentMemory "Recent records" + Namespaces side panel hardcoded

Surfaced while closing #228. The two side-cards still use seed data; should use /api/memory/list pagination + a new namespaces endpoint. Backend gap: per-namespace counts not exposed by cognee wrapper currently.
