Timer during a judging sessions

Each time a judge arrives at a table, the timer will start. This will allow the judge to pace themselves during expo, and ensure sufficient time for other judges to talk to that team.

I imagine like a bar at the top of the window that extends, and turns green, yellow, and red as their time runs out. After the timer runs out, the judge can still be in that session.
