EB was not using our custom proxy config and expected our API on port 8080.

@steve-louis This is awesome!!! Thank you so much for putting this together; I can already tell it's going to be a huge help to anyone who might use this repo (myself included 😂 ).
Overall, I would visit each page in GitHub to just make sure that the markdown is rendering correctly. I've noted a few places where it seems a typo or two might be causing problems with that.
Most of my other notes are just about maintaining consistency when referencing certain things. I tried to provide brief explanations in each, but let me know if you have any questions about them or want to make a case for something else 🙂
