When I run the roslaunch time_optimizer clean_demo.launch command, the Error while optimizing problem occurs #4

I use the default configuration in traj.json, and the following error occurs when I run the roslaunch command directly:
Error while optimizing.
An error occurred while optimizing.
Error MSK_RES_ERR_MISSING_LICENSE_FILE - 'A license cannot be located.'
[TimeOptimizer DEMO] temporal optimization fail
[TimeOptimizer DEMO] possible responses:
1 - please check the spatial trajectory,
2 - numerical issue of the solver, try setting a larger d_s
I wonder how this can be solved?
