Clarify uses of "GitKit-FarmData2"

The "GitKit-FarmData2" folder may have a different name. When I created a repo for going this reading, I named it "GitKitTesting". For the one I did last semester, I named it "GitKit-FarmData2-F24" to differentiate it from the previous years. A teacher that needs multiple repos for one class could of any variety of names.

For example, the section header "Opening the GitKit-FarmData2 Repository Folder" would have to become something like "Opening the Cloned Folder for Your Repository"
