Update link to GitKit text issue tracker at end of Instructor Guide intro #163
Description
There is a link to the GitKit-Text issue tracker at the end of the instructor guide intro. It should be made to point to the issue tracker for the new edition of the text when it is ready.
The new link will be to the repo HFOSSedu/GitKit-Codespace instead of HFOSSedu/GitKit-Text
