Pull Request Description
Replaces the Git/GitHub diagrams in the GitKit text that use colored circles to represent commits with new diagrams that use circles with letters in them. All related captions, text and exercises are also updated.
This change enhances the readability of the text and the accessibility of the text to those with color vision deficiencies.
