Compatibility with UBUNTU 18 (BIONIC) and Salt 2018.3.1

Do you believe I will have any issues with installing and Deploying the formula on Ubuntu 18.04 using Saltstack version 2018.3.1?

Hi @JImmyGriffinNIAID ,

As per OpenStack official documentation the Queens release is supported on Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial) and in SaltStack version 2018.3.1 there is some issue while configuring the MariaDB.

To overcome the SaltStack issue we have updated the formulas to work over SaltStack 2017.7.5.

In Ubuntu official repository for BIONIC OpenStack added the packages for their Rocky release not for Queens release.
