What's changed and what's your intention?
As title. The rust cache in our CI can be as large as 15GB:
While the disk space of runner "ubuntu-latest" is only 19GB. That could be too limited for our complex workflows like the fuzz tests for greptimedb-cluster. This PR removes some unused software to obtain more disk space for our complex fuzz tests.
It can totally remove 21GB data.
