- This update will no longer support Python 2.x.x and requires all previous users to install Python 3
- bug fix in summarizeEndMismatches.py for edge cases

original implementation by riruruteja, this changes output files .raw.txt, .mods.txt, and .bed direct difference: 1 bp difference compared to previous commit in the pos column of .raw.txt and .mods.txt, 1bp column in the pos field in the 4th column of .bed
