### Internal

- The pinned `themelios-syntax` revision advances to adopt the syntax tier's
additive `fusion` changes: a single-home keyword roster and punctuation
formation join the module, and the module now documents its shared lexical
facts. The `fusion` surface morphe consumes is unchanged and the resolved
behaviour is identical; the bump is deliberate and carries no API or behaviour
change.
