Skill level up message does not show past 60 level on woodcutting

Describe the bug
I did not get the level up message on woodcutting past level 60

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Chop trees
2. Get past level 60 woodcutting

Expected behavior
It should gave me a level up message that i leveled the woodcutting skills to 66.

I don't know if it has the same effect on other skills. Have not tested out yet for other skills.

Thanks, after some investigating it depends on whether or not you cut down the tree at the end (rather than the level), if you don't then the dialogue get's blocked. Still figuring out a solution.
