Added some sparse utilities and new ArchR Arrow Matrix format from ijx -> indices,indptr,data,shape
removing seqnames makes the warning of trimming genes null and we make sure that the genes do not go past integer ranges possible
update extendTSS to be by default TRUE since the user may not read the params
