Dropdown choice of platform resets the form every time

As a result we can't select other platforms than "Local Server", and regularly the other details get reseted.

This is due to the update to latest versions of plotly dash, we are working to fix it as soon as possible (we can't just roll back to previous version as the Heroku stack supporting older versions is deprecated)
