Auto-generate index prefix #24568
Description
What?
When creating a new index set, an index prefix could be automatically generated, based on the given index title.
Why?
When entering a title for an index set, save users some typing by generating an index prefix for them. A user should still be able to override it.
The generated prefix should only use allowed characters, as described by the form field.
