ISW - add a metric for dropped bulk messages to Input Diagnosis page

If bulk messages are received by an input, but you don't have bulk receiving turned on currently it silently drops everything except the first message.
See this issue.

Could we add “bulk messages on/off” where applicable to this page (in the top left box?)

is there any means of detecting bulk message being dropped at present?
