Offline view

Hey,

i noticed that we can't read the release page in the info app without internet and I was wondering if you could make it possible to view it offline too?

Would be great because sometimes while traveling when rebooted the phone for system update and there is no connection anymore, it would be very helpful to still understand what was updated.

It can't fetch it while offline but it can cache it. It would need to fetch it automatically though.
