BUG: Border is not taken into consideration when showing placeholder on empty elements #5621

GrapesJS version

Describe the bug

How to reproduce the bug?

  1. Get an empty element
  2. Add double border with high value. (20..30px...)
  3. Move any block into it.

What is the expected behavior?
Placeholder should be placed in center of element.

What is the current behavior?
Placeholder is shown in the top of element, inside boder
