Add command to show open checks for the given mod

Add a command that behaves similarly as the check pings, but on demand for a single mod.

I sometimes either want to get a list of all the ppl I checked that day so it's easier to see if they've made the changes already. Or if there's a lot on my list and I just cleared a bunch just for readability
