[TS-30] Let review use a filter

Review is a great command, which operates on "status:waiting" tasks as well. It would be great, if one could limit the review processing to only "status:pending" tasks.

tasksh> review [filter] [N]

Filter can be any filter.

Sometimes it is important to review only tasks by project or by something else and I don't think it is a good idea to change the taskrc-file everytime.

tasksh> review project:work
tasksh> review project:work status:pending
tasksh> review project:home status:waiting
